Informal living spaces in close proximity to the kitchen are provided by this rear addition to a Lowry Hill Colonial home. Seamless integration of new spaces into the existing structure was the top priority throughout the project. Period details were researched and recreated. Third floor remodeling provided for a spacious master suite where servants’ quarters had once been.
