Jillian joined the studio as a design associate in 2011 after completing a master of architecture degree at the University of Minnesota. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in art history from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.

Jillian’s interest in architectural history was a major theme throughout her academic studies, from an undergraduate thesis on Louis Sullivan to twice being selected to present at the Minnesota Society of Architectural Historians’ Student Symposium. This passion for historic architecture serves as a useful basis for Jillian’s work at DHD Studio.
