Marli Post, Design Associate

Marli completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota, where she majored in both architecture and art history while completing a minor in design. She continued her education at Taliesin the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. While there she had the opportunity to collaborate through coursework with Lindal Cedar Homes to design a Usonian-inspired single-family residence, designed for urban infill, the plans of which can be purchased online.

Prior to working for David Heide Design Studio Marli worked for a firm that specialized in multi-family affordable housing. Since joining the Studio she’s excited to continue her interest in historic properties—she believes it’s necessary to understand the history of architecture to understand where it’s going.
